DKNhr aims to offer a full HR advisory service with a focus on employee relations, well-being and positive engagement. My interest and passion lie in assisting organisations to resolve difficult issues in a people focused way with minimum negative impact on health, well-being, performance and therefore services and customers.
With significant experience of investigating disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment complaints, I offer a quality, responsive investigation and reporting service.
As a qualified workplace mediator, I can also offer an informal intervention to provide an opportunity where working relationships have broken down for people to come together, to discuss their concerns and resolve their difficulties and find a positive way forward to work comfortably together again.
